2.3 Service Access

You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning staff can access your property at the scheduled time. If our staff cannot gain entry, you may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

2.4 Service Satisfaction

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns according to our satisfaction guarantee policy.

8.1 Pricing

The prices for our cleaning services are as listed on our Website or as quoted to you directly. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings unless agreed upon by both parties.

8.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, e-transfer, and other methods as indicated during the booking process. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

8.3 Billing

For one-time services, we will charge your payment method at the time of booking or upon service completion, as specified during booking. For recurring services, we will charge your payment method according to the schedule agreed upon during booking.

8.4 Late Payments

For invoiced amounts, payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees and/or interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

9. Cancellation Policy

9.1 Client Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning service, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: No charge
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% of the service fee may be charged
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: 100% of the service fee may be charged

9.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you need to reschedule a service, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a late cancellation.

9.3 Company Cancellations

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a service due to emergencies, severe weather, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your service at no additional cost or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkleClean Pro and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website or Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website
• Any content obtained from the Website
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or CAD $100 if you have not paid us for any Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SparkleClean Pro, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website or Services.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website or Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Website and Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Website and Services.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website or Services shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to Terms
